Blooming time

 Since I last wrote, the yard has broken into full bloom.
I haven't had much opportunity to write, between the gardens,  customer quilts,
and our children home for visits on the weekend the time disappears.

I have been attempting to dry some of the blooms, maybe I'll try some flower pounding.

The orange poppies are about to open, I wonder what colour they pound out to be.
